It showcases all the typical characteristics of the varietal, featuring

an intense and complex herbal profile.

The flavour is distinguished by strong herbaceous notes, along with hints of

green banana, mint, nettle, olive leaf, and black pepper.

An exceptional balance of bitterness, pungency, and fruitiness enhances the

notable herbal and floral aromas.
